To ensure better control of company expenses and maximize the efficiency of budget allocations, the company has established a new policy governing the use of revolving funds and the reimbursement of authorized expenses. This initiative aims to enhance financial accountability across all divisions.

Scope and Implementation:

Effective immediately, this policy applies to all employees within the Solutions Delivery Division (SDD) who are issued a revolving fund or have approved reimbursable expenses. Employees are required to follow the outlined procedures to manage these funds appropriately.

By adhering to this policy, we aim to improve financial management, ensuring that all expenses are tracked and aligned with company budgets.
