Rationale:

Scope:

Effective immediately, this policy applies to all employees working onsite at the company’s office. Employees are entitled to take a 15-minute break during their shift to refresh and recharge.

The company encourages everyone to utilize this break to maintain productivity and promote a healthier workplace atmosphere.
