All room bookings must now be made using the Lark Calendar Room Reservation platform to ensure consistency and fairness in the process. This policy simplifies the reservation system for all official rooms.

Effective Immediately:

• Book all rooms exclusively through the Lark platform.
• Follow room-specific booking guidelines.

This policy is now in effect and applies to all room reservations.
